Public safety platform Mark43 announced it has acquired ForceMetrics, in a deal that will combine the latter’s accurate safety data with the former’s resources to disperse that information to field officers.
This follows a strategic partnership between the two companies that began in May.
ForceMetrics was founded to address blind spots in public safety data that can have unwanted consequences in the field. While many systems and data silos are built for analysts, officers may find themselves without the time to log in to each system to find a single answer. The company uses AI to connect a wide array of systems, jurisdictions and generations of technology that in turn become searchable at critical moments.
This combined wealth of knowledge can provide officers with vital information before even arriving at the scene. Ensuring data of the right context is useful to first responders at the right time can make communities safer.
Agencies can count on ForceMetrics’ continued work on existing systems, but now with the addition of Mark43’s support and resources.
