We are looking for an Architect who specializes in Records Management System (RMS) products and workflows to join our Product Architecture team.
This is a highly customer-facing, delivery-oriented role responsible for overseeing configuration, implementation, and business process analysis across public safety agencies. You will operate in a consultative and technical capacity, supporting the full lifecycle of RMS delivery, from solution design and application setup through training, launch, and adoption.
You’ll work across a variety of products such as Reporting, Case Management, Evidence, and Warrants, ensuring that product features, workflows, and technical configurations are effectively defined, implemented, and adopted. This position requires at least 50% travel.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of RMS implementations, including solution design, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support
- Possess technical aptitude to configure and implement workflows, forms, and data structures within configurable platforms and possess the ability to quickly learn new tools
- Translate customer business requirements into scalable technical configurations and user workflows
- Oversee RMS implementation across workstreams, including integrations and hardware components
- Establish and standardize best practices for RMS delivery across customers
- Facilitate customer workshops to gather requirements, validate workflows, and drive alignment
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions (in-person and virtual) for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Lead product demonstrations, working sessions, and launch events with confidence and clarity
- Support user adoption by translating product capabilities into practical, real-world use cases
- Guide change management efforts to ensure successful product adoption and long-term customer success
- Identify risks, surface issues, and communicate project status effectively to internal and external stakeholders
- Gather customer feedback and partner with Product teams to inform roadmap priorities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Training, Product, and Project Management teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes
Who You Are:
Technical & Product Delivery
- You have 2–5+ years of experience as a product consultant, implementation specialist, or in public safety technology
- You have technical experience working with configurable or low-code platforms, including form building, workflow configuration, and data modeling and are willing to continually learn and develop skills on new tools
- You are comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions and system configurations
- You have hands-on experience delivering software implementations from setup through launch
- You are familiar with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies
Implementation, Training & Adoption
- You have led or supported customer-facing implementations, including application setup, configuration, and go-live support
- You have experience designing and delivering structured training programs for diverse audiences
- You can tailor training content to both technical and non-technical users
- You are comfortable facilitating live sessions, workshops, and launch events
Communication & Presentation
- You are a dynamic communicator with the charisma and presence to energize a room and deliver compelling presentations
- You are confident presenting in front of large groups and can deliver clear, engaging, and polished content
- You can explain complex technical concepts and workflows in a simple, accessible way
- You are skilled at fielding questions in real time and adapting to audience needs
Stakeholder Management & Problem Solving
- You can navigate challenging customer dynamics, including resistance to change and competing stakeholder priorities
- You approach conflict constructively and use it to drive alignment and better outcomes
- You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
