The U.S. Department of the Interior (DOI) has awarded a $60 million contract to Simple Technology Solutions (STS), leveraging the Mark43 public safety platform, to modernize its law enforcement records management system.
With this contract award, the DOI will use Mark43’s Records Management System (RMS) which includes case management and analytics tools designed to streamline and elevate operational processes. DOI law enforcement agencies will benefit from a seamless, unified technology solution that enhances data integration, increases efficiency, and provides deeper insights to inform decision-making.
