Mark43 Appoints Charley Dublin as Senior Vice President of Service and Delivery
Professional Services and SaaS veteran joins industry-leading cloud-native public safety technology company
NEW YORK – September 10, 2024 – Mark43, the leading mission-critical public safety software company, announced today that Charley Dublin has been named Senior Vice President of Service and Delivery. Dublin will oversee customer-facing services and support — from scoping to implementation and ongoing support.

Dublin brings notable technology leadership experience to Mark43, including nearly 25 years at Akamai Technologies and other leading B2B technology companies where he led professional services, engineering, product management, operations and data science functions. Notably, while at Akamai, Dublin built the global Public Sector Services practice. He also contributes to local education, teaching evening classes as an adjunct professor of computer science at Charleston Southern. He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and information systems from Virginia Tech and an MBA from MIT.
