We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Recruiting Coordinator to join our People Team. In this highly visible role, you’ll play a critical part in shaping the candidate journey, enhancing the efficiency of our talent operations, and strengthening Mark43’s ability to scale with impact. Your work will directly influence our capacity to grow high-performing teams that drive our mission forward.

  • Elevate the candidate experience by ensuring every interaction reflects our values and commitment to excellence

  • Optimize and streamline recruiting operations to accelerate our ability to hire great people at scale

  • Enable interviewers and hiring managers to perform at their best through thoughtful coordination and process support

  • Build and maintain robust internal resources like knowledge center libraries that empower the entire hiring team

  • Serve as the point person for technical assessments, ensuring our evaluation tools like CoderPad are deployed effectively and fairly

  • Pilot and implement tools—including AI-powered solutions—that modernize and improve our hiring workflows

  • Be a key partner in onboarding, helping new hires transition smoothly and begin contributing quickly

  • Represent the Mark43 brand at events and in communications, showcasing our mission and culture to prospective talent

What You’ll Need

We’re looking for a Senior Recruiting Coordinator with 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, ideally within a fast-paced SaaS or technology environment. You should be adept at managing complex logistics, scaling efficient systems, and navigating applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse.

Our team is based in New York City. This role follows a hybrid model, with the expectation of being in our NYC office 1–2 days per week.
