We are looking for a Senior Procurement Associate to join our Finance team. In this individual contributor role, you will take ownership of our procurement lifecycle and help mature our strategic sourcing and procurement frameworks. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure scalable, secure, and cost-effective purchasing processes.
What You’ll Do
If you were part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week:
- Create and implement a strategic sourcing framework aligned with our business objectives to drive efficient, flexible, compliant procurements
- Oversee our procurement operations to ensure that all requisitions are moving through the necessary reviews while meeting our internal SLAs for timeliness
- Partner with our CISO and IT team to ensure that all current and future software tool purchases are optimal within our current software stack – eliminating duplicate spend and maximizing volume-based discounts where appropriate with current vendors
- Serve as admin for our procurement tool, Zip, to create and maintain the proper workflows for all types of procurements
- Advise internal stakeholders on the procurement policy to manage internal expectations and ensure compliance
- Partner with engineering and finance to monitor cloud spend and drive savings
What You’ll Need
We’re looking for a procurement professional with experience supporting scaling SaaS organizations. You should have a proven track record of managing sourcing decisions, coordinating across teams, and improving procurement workflows through tools and collaboration. Familiarity with ZIP or similar procurement software is highly preferred.

Location
This role is based in our New York City office and follows a hybrid schedule of 2–3 days per week in-office.
Compensation
We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a target base annual salary range of $75,000-$110,000, plus bonus opportunity, company stock options, and a full benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and a 401k plan. Please note that the higher end of this range will be reserved for candidates with appropriate experience who reside in high cost of labor markets.
