Mark43 Upgrades Customer Experience with Launch of Amazon Connect 

NEW YORK – September 3, 2024 – Mark43, the leading mission-critical public safety software company, today announced its platform is now available on Amazon Connect, an artificial intelligence (AI)-powered cloud contact center and customer service platform from Amazon Web Services (AWS).  

Now available on Amazon Connect, Mark43 will improve its support response time, increase visibility into performance and monitoring, and provide enhanced responsiveness to the Mark43 customer base. Mark43 will continue to have a 24/7/365 US-based support staff comprised of Mark43 employees, and this transition onto Amazon Connect will help leverage advanced AI within its customer support infrastructure. Mark43’s support agents can also use speech analytics and caller identification features available on Amazon Connect to extract key analytics and takeaways for smarter problem solving, faster time to resolution, and overall higher-quality service. Additionally, Mark43 customers will have easy access to a robust repository of resources within its Help Center.
